Maintenance Request

Please use the email address below to request non-emergency maintenance work for all properties in Allston, Brighton, Brookline, downtown Boston, Cambridge, Medford, and Newton (except for 62 Boylston Street and The Atrium). For all other properties, please contact your local Management office.

In an emergency, please call our Maintenance Department directly, 24-hours a day, at 617-783-0039.

If you are an Atrium, Dexter Park, or 62 Boylston Street resident, all maintenance requests should be submitted on a Maintenance Request Form located at the Security Desk in the Lobby, or by email:

Please enter your non-emergency maintenance request information in the email. Please be as detailed as possible, and be sure to include your address, apartment number, and daytime contact information.
